About The RoleThe Requirements Analyst works alongside a team consisting of a project manager, lead systems analyst, and various technical roles to implement projects. The primary function of the role is to collect/document client requirements and consult on best practices across all Engagement Service digital solutions. This includes Alight Total Rewards Statements, Pre/Post - authenticated content page projects, programs, and journeys.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading client calls along with implementation project manager to gather requirements related to various Engagement Services digital solutions
• Leveraging various templates to collect and organize all client requests throughout project and adjust throughout the full life cycle
• Working with the internal technology teams to stay in tune with best practices as well as overall feasibility of client requests
• Providing best practice consultation to clients as well as internal project managers.
• Working to produce solutions that will meet client needs while staying within the AWL framework and standards
• Converting business requirements into semi-technical specifications for the delivery build team to configure and test
• Providing feedback and help support updates to requirementstemplates based on the evolution of all products and solutions
• Adopting a continuous improvement mindset to create efficiencies that drive higher margins/recoverability and overall profitability

Requirements

• Have an understanding of project roles, responsibilities, methodology, tools, and best practices across Engagement Services solutions
• Able to consult/ask appropriate questions to guide clients and project managers on ‘how’ to meet goals and objectives
• Have working knowledge of benefits compensation, retirement plans, health plans, as well as equity and other HR rewards programs
• Have the ability to translate business requirements into logic-based formulaic technical specifications
• Have clear communication of ideas through presentation and consultation
• Have the ability to establish confidence and personal credibility with clients as well as internal colleagues
• Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience (>3 years)
• Have experience gathering either business or technical requirements with external client/vendor facing consulting
• Have a technical or very basic programming background a bonus
• Be able to utilize past project experience to maintain appropriate level of independence

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

55,800 USD

Maximum :

88,500 USD
