After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). The RoleReporting directly to the SVP Finance, the Vice President of Treasury will play a pivotal role in leading the treasury team to further develop a strategic treasury function for the organization. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring global liquidity and financial stability, developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to treasury activities, advising and making recommendations with respect to the company’s capital structure, and building a program to manage the company’s foreign exchange risks. Areas of focus will also include working capital management, short and long-term cash investing, and insurable risk management. The VP Global Treasurer will manage key external relationships including all banking and insurance relationships, amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend optimal capital structure alternatives for the company, including evaluating the company’s current borrowing capacity and developing strategies for optimal use of debt to finance future growth.
• Lead negotiations with financial institutions to establish and renew lines of credit, while minimizing costs and risks.
• Develop and implement credit line strategies, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, and other credit instruments, to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Assess and manage credit risk exposure associated with credit lines and counterparties, including credit analysis, credit limit setting, and monitoring credit quality to ensure compliance with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Build a program to manage the company’s foreign exchange risks including analyzing exposures and recommending appropriate strategies (including hedging) to manage that risk.
• Oversee the company’s investment strategy, reviewing and updating the company’s investment policy and overseeing management of the company’s investments.
• Oversee daily cash management to ensure we optimize investment balances while ensuring efficient settlement of intercompany balances, debt, and covenant management.
• Maintain oversight over Alight’s global risk management strategies and policies which include foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, credit risk, counterparty risk and refinancing risk.
• Ensure that all material insurable risks are understood and make recommendations to mitigate that risk through insurance or loss prevention strategies.
• Manage treasury reporting to track KPIs and partner with FP&A to oversee the cash forecasting process.
• Build a treasury function with scale in mind to ensure automation and efficiency in the treasury department’s processes and procedures.
• Provide strong financial partnership across the business and in particular to the leaders within the finance organization.

Minimum :

166,500 USD

Maximum :

264,300 USD
